The next volume in the continuing saga of Dynasty of Blood, the fictional TTRPG from the 1980s. Set in Indiana during a weird time where the devil was blamed for any- and everything, this is an exploration of how roleplaying games affect many different lives.

Also, it includes actual play and portions of the fictional game itself, Dynasty of Blood! Watch out for character sheets, adventure modules, and setting information (maybe even the full Crimson Tome?), and perhaps one day you will not only read about Dynasty of Blood, but wade into its weird world as well!

Meanwhile, her boy Stuart finally finds Fenria's Lantern has coalesced and become real, he can reach out and see its light.

Dynasty of Blood, Vol. 2 is 13 pages of prose fiction with original illustrations by Luca Vassallo and duskmorte. This issue also features a peek into the 1980s tabletop game itself, with lore from the Crimson Tome, aka the judge's book, because in DoB the game is run by a Red Judge.

Portions of actual gameplay for DoB utilize mechanisms adapted from Shadowdark by Kelsey Dionne.

If you haven't read Dynasty of Blood volume 1, it's available at pay-what-you-want right here on Itch as well as on DriveThruFiction, as well as print copies from Mixam. This volume will make little to no sense if you haven't read the first one, so definitely check that one out first.
